In 1999, Gustavo Abudiab, Martín Koenig, and their partners opened the first Baires Grill in Miami with one mission: to bring the soul of Argentina to the United States, not just the food, but the ritual. The long meals, the shared wine, the feeling that the best moments happen around a table.
Over 25 years later, that single restaurant has grown into nine locations across Florida and New York, with a team of more than 400 people who share the same belief: every guest deserves to feel like family.
Our menu features over 70 dishes rooted in Argentine tradition and international flavors, with premium cuts of steak at the center of everything we do. A curated selection of more than 150 wine labels led by Argentina’s finest Malbecs completes the experience. Today, Baires Grill is the Official Restaurant of the Argentine National Team, and we’re preparing to open our doors back home in Buenos Aires. But no matter how far we grow, the values stay the same: great food, warm service, and the kind of hospitality that keeps you coming back.

Baires Grill currently operates 9 locations across the United States and continues to expand its footprint. Our proven business model, supported by attractive margins and a well-structured operation, has allowed us to grow steadily for more than two decades.
The next chapter is already underway, with three new openings planned in Argentina, strengthening our brand presence in its country of origin while continuing to build internationally.
