In 1999, Baires Grill was born in the heart of Miami Beach. Years later, in 2014, the iconic brand was relaunched with one clear mission: to bring the soul of Argentina to the United States, not just the food, but the ritual. The long meals, the shared wine, and the feeling that the best moments happen around a table.

More than 26 years later, that single restaurant has grown into nine locations across Miami, Orlando, and New York, with a team of more than 500 people who share the same belief: every guest deserves to feel like family.
